We support customized cutting sizes. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for standard products is 1 ton, while special specifications may require a higher MOQ. For small-batch inquiries, you are welcome to contact our sales representative for assistance.
Do you support sampling？What are the sampling cost?
We provide A4-size samples/finished small rolls of standard products free of charge. Customized sampling (e.g., specific release force) incurs a basic material and processing fee, which can be deducted from subsequent orders. Shipping cost is covered by the customer or negotiated separately.
What payment methods are accepted？
We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C，AliPay
What logistics methods do you support?
We provide flexible and reliable logistics solutions to ensure the safe delivery of products. The shipping methods are as follows:
Domestic Land Transport: We have an in-house logistics team and also partner with leading domestic carriers (such as SF Express).
Sea Freight: We support FOB/CFR/CIF terms
Air Freight: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SF Express.
What is the production time？
The production cycle varies depending on the product, and we will make every effort to ensure efficiency.
After the order is officially confirmed:
• Regular Stock Products: 3-5 business days
• Standard Products Requiring Production Scheduling: Generally 7-15 business days
• Customized Products (e.g., Special width, Products that require multiple production processes): Approximately 15-25 business days
